Terms and Conditions

All of our products are individually selected by Master Reiss for quality, purity and power. Each item is inspected before packing to confirm a perfect condition. Additionally, before anything is sent to you, it is additionally infused with Master Reiss’ blessings, intentions and personal ch’i to raise the energetic vibrational level and increase potentiality. Because of this all sales are final. If, in the extremely rare event you receive an item that, although it arrived in an undamaged shipping box, is damaged or an item with a defect, please notify us within 72 hours of your receipt of the product to arrange a return of the item to us.  Please do not send anything without a return authorization. As soon as we receive it, including all original packaging, we will ship a replacement item to you at no charge. Shipping cost for the return is the customer’s responsibility.
